COMPANY HISTORY

Ecolite Manufacturing Company was founded by Edward Caferro Sr. and his son, Ronald Caferro as a consulting engineering business 37 years ago. Shortly after the father and son began business, they obtained the first louver machine in 1970 to produce half-inch louvers in panels two feet wide. This machine is still in service today.

The Caferros’ efforts were met with continued success, and the company began to grow. The operation expanded from its original manufacturing facility as the company added more equipment, products, and employees. In 1989, Ecolite settled at the two current locations in Spokane, Washington. Edward N. Caferro, son of Ronald Caferro, is an engineer and Ecolite’s Vice-President. This represents the third generation of Caferro’s with Ecolite.

Ecolite has continued to prosper, and now has many long term well-established business relationships, both nationally and internationally. We attribute this growth to our vast experience, innovative design and engineering team, and superb quality of our products.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Ecolite Manufacturing Company has been committed to providing quality component manufacturing for 36 years. We act as a component manufacturing subcontractor for the Lighting and Ceiling industries. Ecolite provides engineering services such as product design and performance testing. We produce components in both small and large volume runs. For small volume, we utilize CNC equipment. For larger volume, our “in house” tooling shop builds and services tools to produce your custom components.
